Release Notes - v1.0.33

  • The controls on Makesafe and Restoration workflows previously restricted the purchase order creation from scope. You can now use the From Scope option on these workflow types. 
  • If you're not sure what workflow types are they are listed within each workflow and auto create the job number prefix eg. MS01, RE01. 
  • When creating a purchase order you now have the option to Save the purchase order as a draft. The purchase order will appear in the Purchase Order listing in Draft status. When returning to a purchase order you have previously saved, you will have the option to Edit or Delete the Draft. Once the purchase order has been sent the status will update to Sent. You can view all purchase orders in Draft from your Work Order or Purchase Order Management analytics dashboards. Custom Purchase Orders and Purchase Orders from scope that are Do and Charge are not able to be saved as Draft.
  • PM updates from site now have the option for a template to be pulled in and used to update the job. The templates can be created in the Notifications section of Loop. At this stage you cannot use reference tags in the notification template. The template has a character limit of 2000 characters.
  • Repeatable site form questions are now live. When you are creating new site form templates you can select the section as repeatable - meaning that the questions populate to infinity. Handy to use when creating questions per room. The form will say Add Another? And repopulate all the questions for a new room/area. When attaching a form template to these site forms you will need to add the tag [site-form] to populate all the answers to the questions each time.
  • Blockouts now show in the Appointment List in the Mobile version and Dashboard screen in Loop. You can add a blockout into the calendar for a user and this will now block the time out in their appointment list. Previously this only appeared in the Group Calendar view.

  • Documents uploaded by Import Project will now automatically be saved in a document category named Imported Documents. You can change the name of this category in Admin > Document Categories.
  • When a document is uploaded to Loop we will now restrict the character could in the name of the document to 100 characters automatically if it exceeds this amount.
  • Site Forms now have a toggle to show/hide Deactivated site forms. This will clean up the list in the Site Form Templates section and allow the user to browse the deactivated site forms also.

  • GST was calculating incorrectly when the first item in a scope was GST free
  • Blockers will automatically resolve when an automation changes the status
  • Email double up of Re: Re: in the subject line of an email has been corrected to only appear once
  • Updated MYOB API to allow more Clients and Subcontractors to the address book
