Project Schedule

  • You can now choose whether to pull the scoped line items from the estimate into the Project Schedule. When importing the items you can select whether you schedule these at a Cost Centre or Line Item level. 

Auto Save on Estimates

  • Auto save is now available as a toggle on all estimates and variations
  • You need to select whether Auto save is enabled
  • If your business wants auto save on all estimates we can default this in the back end settings
  • Auto save will occur when the estimate/variation is first created and then every 3minutes after that
  • You can also manually Save your estimate

Lock Validation on Estimates

  • Previously the Loop functionality allowed for validation of the line items when you selected the Save button
  • This would pick up any issues with the line items and give you an error code if changes needed to be made
  • This validation will now occur when you press the Lock button
  • The error codes will explain what is needing to be changed within the Estimate, if changes are required

Scheduling Calendar Dispatch 

  • Additional filters have been added to support the correct projects being in line for scheduling
    • Client
    • Tags
    • Blockers
    • Insurance Platform Only
      • Peril 
      • EOL
      • Cat Code

Primary Contact Selection

  • You now have the ability to select who the primary contact is on each job as this may be a different person than the customer. This can be done through editing the contacts at a Project level
  • This change has meant we needed to make a change to the Document Signing tokens in the forms
  • All forms have had the previously named Primary Contact token changed to Customer
  • You can also add Primary Contact to allow for dual signing capability however this will need to be manual update to the form
  • You can no longer send 2 forms in one email if they have different signing requirements eg. SOW agreement goes to customer and Contract goes to Customer and Primary Contact. These will need to be separate emails
  • You can now select the Primary Contact token for Forms and Notification templates
  • You can now select the Primary Contact for workflow events such as automating an SMS or email

User Interface Enhancements

  • New Client toggle in Project Build has been updated
  • Remove predictive text on notes
  • Tabbing in Project Build instances is now live
  • Site form order has reverted to chronological order

This release also includes various Bug Fixes and Infrastructure Improvements
