AR Invoicing

  • Ability to select whether the invoicing will be done by percentage or by line item for each Project.
  • Customers now have the ability to create an AR invoice by selecting line items from the authorised items on all jobs within a Project. The line items will populate similar to the purchase orders screen with a selection box to be included in the invoice. 
  • Excess and Deposit invoices can also be created by selecting specific line items rather than a %
  • Improvements have been made to the AR invoice page to allow for the new functionality to be clear and easy to use. 

Standard Charges

  • Standard charges will now populate set account codes on all lines of the standard charge invoice.

Notifications

  • We have updated the character limit in mentions to 500 characters and added an error message to advise if the customer exceeds this limit.

Workflows

  • A new workflow event has been created to change the job status when a specific site form has been completed. Use this for makesafes where the makesafe report has been completed, the status if the job can automatically change to Makesafe Complete and update your workflow KPI’s.

Purchase Orders

  • Custom purchase orders can now have a dollar value assigned in order to track committed costs across a Project. This dollar value will populate in the committed costs section of the Finance Box until the AP is submitted and the purchase order is completed. 
  • This dollar value can be assigned during the purchase order creation.

Defaults

  • Ability to select default for the Pricing and Items that are shown on Purchase orders. If you want your purchase order to always show a grand total and not line item totals, this can be set out in the Admin section of Loop.
  • The defaults apply to all form templates including Quotations and Scopes as well as Purchase Orders. 

Project Schedule

  • Child tasks are now called Subtasks
  • You can select a colour for each task within the Project Schedule. The colour will populate into the Templates so that it is consistent across projects if you are using templates.

Forms

  • Customers can now edit the name of the site form and the description field. These fields will not populate onto the form template however will be available in the site form listing section. You can now use this field for dates of attendance or order of moisture testing etc.
  • The form template will now have the Document Title from the Form templates section as the name that populates onto all Forms of that type eg. Assessment Report.

Scheduling Calendar

  • Clusters in the map in the scheduler are showing duplicate jobs, this has now been rectified. 
  • Suburbs have now been added to the to the map view.
