Estimate Enhancements
Upgraded negative variation functionality with the ability to pull variation line items from a single button across multiple estimates. Easily identify which items are to be included in a negative variation by a simple click through to all Estimates that are authorized on a job. Select which line items apply and hit Submit – automatically creating a negative variation.
Notification and Reminder Enhancements
Be notified when a subcontractor submits a report via the Purchase Order link – an easy way to manage incoming documentation. You can set up a Reminder, SMS or Email to populate when the report is received, giving you the option to manage the workflow however you want to whilst also putting controls in place to allow for easy prioritization of tasks!
Ability to have multiple reminders to the same person set on one status.
User Interface Enhancements
Calendar update to tidy up the view when a cancelled appointment appears behind a confirmed appointment
Source code removed from Email view
Inactive workflow events can now be toggled to be hidden
Increase character limit of email subject line to 500 characters
Restoration Technician is now a filter in the Job Search
Auto locate the address in Google Maps when using the Import Project feature
Completed appointments have now been removed from the mobile appointment view as well as updating the button functionality to Show Prior and Show Today appointments
Create regional offices for Suppliers
You can now include or exclude Clients in both Standard Charges and Workflows
Finance Enhancements
AP invoices update to allow items to be reassigned to a new AP invoice if the status of the initial AP is Voided
Excess GL code is now hard coded per Loop platform
Account Code not populating on some AP invoices causing a sync error has been fixed
Site Form Enhancements
Clear Signature button now deactivates when Site Form is completed
