Project Enhancements

Create new Project from PDF or Text file (including copy and paste from email) using AI

Share Links screen has been updated to remove the link prior to selecting Create

Ability to change a Client in the User Interface

Add another box to timesheets to capture Billable travel kilometres 

Update to Client profile to allow for cost per kilometre for travel time

Push Project Number as a new tracking field in Xero

AR Invoicing update to include balance and progress amount in AR Invoice screen view per Project and per Estimate 

Ability to categorise the privacy type of a Document Category or a single Document

Role type added to allow users to see Private Documents

Insurance Specific Enhancements

Uplift cash settlement functionality to remove the progress invoices from the total scope amount, therefore allowing cash settlement on an estimate that previously had a progress payment issued 

Document upload to ENData: each document in the Documents section will have an upload to ENData button

Document Privacy includes an update to have a document Private to Client (this is ENData specific) and allows for the Document to be visible to the Client only, not other builders on the claim

Bunnings Enhancements

Upload via PDF statement now available for NZ

Bug fix for Bunnings invoices submitted through the PDF statement reader which were being allowed past the financial lock out date

This update also included Various Bug Fixes and underlying infrastructure improvements
