Mobile Updates

Mobile Dashboard now displays Jobs tab to access all assigned jobs

Mobile responsive view now shows job and claim information

"Click to Exit Force Desktop Site" link has been renamed to "Click to Return to Mobile View"

Client Name now shows on Mobile Appointment page instead of just "Client"

User Interface Updates

Suggested Email Contacts will now suggest anyone associated with the job in the To field of a new email

Added the ability to edit a document name

Updated naming reference of Surveys to Site Forms

Users with External role will now have a default dashboard enabled

Non Admin Users can now edit and save customer contacts

Domestic Claims are being renamed to Residential Claims

Finance Updates

Updated Xero contact creation to Fetch information from Xero

Added ability to search for Xero contact by Name when adding a new contact

Added Purchases Default Account Code and Accounts Payable Tax Type to be displayed in the User Interface

Added function to use Purchases Default Account Code for subcontractor (if applicable) instead of Division's default GL Code

Added "Sync to Xero" button for AP and AR invoices

Added ability to sync to Xero again if an error occurs

GST will be calculated based on Accounts Payable Tax Type in the Subcontractor profile which is pulled from Xero

Added error display in User Interface if a Xero sync error occurs

Appointment and Calendar Updates

Only tentative or confirmed appointments will show as a featured appointment

Users can no longer mark a future appointment as complete

Calendar Control height now aligns correctly

Appointment Time picker options now align correctly

Form Updates

Templates using the [claim-customer] field in form templates will now populate a company instead of just individual

AR Invoice for Private Works jobs will now display details using the [ar-invoice-to] field on a tax invoice form

Other Updates

Compliance Sender email address has been updated to noreply@ instead of compliance@ to prompt receivers not to reply to the email

Resolved issue with some inactive subcontractors not being able to be reactivated

Resolved issue with photos not uploading in chronological order

Resolved issue with Download button on Site Photos not working

Resolved issue with Notes not showing in chronological order in some instances

Resolved issue with Endata communications showing as incorrect timestamp in some instances

Resolved issue with Site Photo image compression causing blurred images in some instances
